365Jobs was built as a comprehensive platform connecting job seekers with businesses looking for the right people. At DontMatter, we handled the UI/UX Design and Development from the ground up, designing a custom digital environment that serves two distinct audiences: candidates looking for their next career move, and employers looking to reach, evaluate, and hire talent.

The platform isn't limited to displaying job listings. It includes job search, candidate and business accounts, job postings, recruitment solutions, management tools, and specialized international recruitment services. It also supports different staffing needs and partnership models, creating a single connection point between labor supply and demand.

Two Audiences, One Connected System

The main challenge was designing two complete experiences within the same system. For candidates, the journey needed to stay simple and direct: searching for suitable positions, accessing useful tools, and easily managing their participation in the hiring process.

For employers, the platform needed to work as a genuine recruitment tool. Creating a business account, posting positions, selecting packages, searching for candidates, and accessing specialized solutions were all organized into clear paths, so each business could choose the level of service that matched its needs.

Designed Around Real Recruitment Flows

The UI/UX was designed around real user journeys rather than a static content presentation. We focused on clear information hierarchy, quick access to key actions, and reducing unnecessary steps within every flow.

Job search, job posting, and recruitment services were treated as distinct but interconnected functions. This lets users move naturally from browsing and research into registration and actual use of the platform, without losing their sense of orientation.

Custom Development Behind Every Interaction

Behind the interface, a complete custom infrastructure was built to manage different user types, accounts, job listings, packages, applications, and different access levels. Every feature was designed to work together with the rest, supporting the overall recruitment process consistently.

The platform's architecture supports different scenarios, from simply posting a job online to more complex recruitment services and international staffing solutions. The ability to manage listings directly through the platform, and support for customized business solutions, are core parts of this functional logic.

365Jobs was designed from the outset as a scalable recruitment ecosystem, not just a simple listing of available positions. The technical structure can support new services, different hiring models, additional tools, and a growing number of users and listings.

At the same time, the platform connects online job search with more complex market needs, such as hiring specialized talent and international workforce mobility. This lets the digital product evolve alongside the business and cover a much broader range of recruitment services.
