2. Acceptance of these terms

By using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

3. Website content

The website presents our company, services and work. Its content is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement begins only with a written proposal or contract, whose terms prevail over anything stated on the website.

We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or be incomplete. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, photographs, videos, code and logo of the website belong to DontMatter or are used under licence from their owners, and are protected by Greek, EU and international intellectual property law.

Client and partner names, logos and trademarks shown in our work section belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely as references to our work.

You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially use its content without our written permission.

In accordance with applicable text and data mining legislation, we expressly reserve our rights against bulk or automated extraction of our content (scraping), including its use to train artificial intelligence systems.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

• submit false information, or information about other people without their permission, through our forms;
• send spam or bulk automated submissions;
• attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the operation of the website or introduce malicious code;
• use the website unlawfully or in a way that harms us or others.

6. Contact and collaboration forms

Submitting a form does not create a contract or any obligation to work together. We will do our best to reply promptly, but we cannot guarantee a response to every request. Please do not send confidential information, passwords or sensitive personal data through our forms.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
